Los Gatos, Calif., December 23, 1995 -- Eric Lechner Consulting, a resource of humor and unsolicited advice, and Kristin Dyer Industries, a leader in hare-brained ideas, today announced a formal partnership. The partnership follows joint ventures in the past and provides a solid foundation for future projects.

Eric Lechner and Kristin Dyer announced the partnership on the Winter Solstice, December 22, 1995, to a small crowd gathered on the grounds of the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum in San Jose, California.
